FAQs

How do your services cater to different industries?

Each industry requires a different set of skills to deliver valuable images and videos.

  • When a Construction company needs a structure or site captured from the ground or air to display current conditions, progress or even layouts of an existing building before construction begins, that process is simplified to deliver exactly what is needed. Clean, detailed images that can be paired with 3D walkthroughs, floor plans and accurate dimensions generated from LiDar scans in a building.

  • Architects, requiring a more stylized photography that shows their vision with depth and accuracy for portfolios, receive a more intentional approach to capturing and editing images. Firms can also benefit from LiDar scans that generate floor plans and 3D walkthroughs of a building slated to undergo extensive design changes. Upholding standards of accuracy when scanning a space allows CAD files to be used for determining size and scope of renovations, rendering ideas or estimating costs of materials if needed.

  • Real Estate professionals, wether it be residential or commercial, know that high quality HDR or blended images jump off the screen to potential buyers. Having a powerful image being the first thing people see can be the difference between a sale or a disinterested party. Video content is also a crucial part in showing a property, so a quick video walkthrough can boost marketing through the social media space. 3D tours are the new norm with so many out of state buyers wanting to explore a property before even setting foot inside. Being able to offer that service is essential to make sure real estate professionals are equipped with the tools they need to close on their sales.

Are you operating safely and legally?

Absolutely! I have almost two decades of experience in the construction industry. I have gone through training throughout my entire career for OSHA, HAZMAT, confined space and even TWIC. In addition I am also an FAA licensed and certified drone operator. I know how to safely and effectively navigate construction sites with all standard PPE and fall arrest systems if required. Any photography or videography outside of a construction environment is always treated with the same approach to safety.

How is pricing handled?

Flexibility is taken into account in an attempt to align with all budgets. Some projects may fall into something simple like a half day or full day rate. Other factors that can affect pricing of a project are:

  • The amount of processing and editing

  • How many deliverables are requested

  • Licensing agreements for video and images

  • Square footage of the project

  • Turnaround times

  • The types of deliverables i.e. photo, video, drone, 3D walkthrough, floor plans, CAD files etc.
